The OVS table excites every part of the product, down to the component structure level, no matter what the resonant frequency or the component structure orientation. This requires true Omni-Axial vibration - vibration in all three axes (X, Y and Z) as well as the rotations around those axes (roll, pitch and yaw), all simultaneously (Also called 6 degree of freedom). The current xLF vibration table design is the next step in the state of the art technology. This system gives significantly improved low frequency energy, for penetrating mechanically complex products, while retaining the high frequency energy that is so effective at fatiguing solder joints and surface mount connections.
